Back in the day, the Windows 7 stickers used to stay above the keyboard, but anyway, Windows 7 was an OS which you as an owner could be proud of, which was not the case with Windows 8. The Fn and Ctrl keys can be swapped using a setting in BIOS, which I did, as many people, like me, are accustomed to having the Ctrl key to the far left, while on Lenovo keyboards, Fn is on the far left, with Ctrl right to it.
