If you are looking digitally though, booting Windows and checking with CPU-Z is easiest. If you can’t (or won’t) boot Windows, looking at the CPU’s model name in Linux is an easy tip-off, as is the microcode if you can clearly see it’s associated with ES CPUs during searching.
Uptime, apart from those chosen periods of downtime is relatively high, minus me forgetting to enable a service at boot & test it or simply not have restarted a service correctly after making a configuration change.
