I myself snack a lot, but it's healthy snacking - a few celery sticks, carrots, and some peanuts, or a banana with homemade peanut butter, maybe a fruit smoothie with fresh local fruit every now and then. If you're on a diet, or trying to gain muscle, snacking is great.
