There are, and probably always will be, those that abuse children for sexual gratification, whether this is due
to mental illness or something else is left to the readers own opinions, and therefore the abuse will continue.
The best we can do, sadly, is to catch people as it happens, and hopefully before, blocking sites will not aid
in this, however monitoring traffic to them could.
